Product feature:
Chicken powder is made from fresh chicken, through hydrolysis and extraction in high-pressure kettle, and spray drying after homogeneous concentration and taste change and microcapsule. The product is evenly natural white and keeps fumet, taste and color of chicken. Its 2% solution in hot water is white emulsion and tasted fresh, fully and persisted in the mouth for a long time. It is the ideal ingredient for instant noodle, instant rice noodle, cooking, chicken essence, compound seasoning powder, quick-freezing food, puffed food and etc.   

Application:
1) Seasoning power of instant noodle and instant rice noodle: Mix with monosodium glutamate and salt. suggested dosage:  3% -5%.
2) Sauce of instant noodle and instant rice noodle: added at later production. suggested dosage: 3% -5%.
3) Quick frezzing dumpling: mix with other seasoning when making the filling. Suggested dosage: 2% -5%.
4) Chicken essence: mix with monosodium glutamate, salt, and others before granule. Suggested dosage: 3% -6%.
