Detailed Product Description

Function and characteristic:

The corrugation roller diameter is Φ475 and can print and slot at the same time. It adopts the chain cardboard feeding to meet the problem of irregular cardboard feeding. The max width we can manufacture is 2600mm and the min cardboard height is 360mm.

1.Phase adjustment adopt 360°electrical digital adjustment i.e. it can preset the number or adjust by manual.

2.Electric walking with electromagnetic safety clutch for easy and safe operation.

3.Pneumatic each unit locking and whole locking.

4.Pneumatic diaphragm pump inking up and easy to clean.

5.The slotting height can be adjusted simultaneously or adjust is separately. Note:

1.The slotting part can be produced as four knife die cutting model to ensure the slotting neat and beautiful.

2.Using hand oil filling pump to lubricate each unit, easy, clean and save oil.
