Aluminium Foil Container Production Line  Model:CTJY-80T

 

We offer the customer who is handing big turkey plate with great capacity or big container of aluminium foil for market’s need. We are specialize in producing high-performanced 80T punch with super big table surface,depth and closed.

 

This prodution line is composed of the followings(note1),

1. an auto-lubricated feeder(note2)

2. an eletronic controlled panel

3. a high-performanced 80T punch

4. a collector of finished product

 

note1:This production line is electrification integration,and centralized control. note2:The width of foil feed system is 520mm.(basic model)

note3: The feeding system is controlled by computer. The length can be regulate form 30mm to 999mm.

note4: As we can manufactured the machine according to the products’s size that they required, the machine model is different.

 

The procedure of production:

raw material:aluminium foilàauto-lubricated feederà a high-performanced 80T punch àmouldàcollect product by hand àpacking

 

 

Instructions:

1.The feeder series are built with a very solid steel structure with high feeding precision.

2.The machine feed foil freely with no tension, regulating the position quickly and conveniently.

3.There is a save-power device to assist changeing foil roll, so it is convenient to change foil.

4. The female roll can work continuously in a very long time,as we imported a constant-temperatured brake device.

5..We adopt Izumi’s IDEC PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) in Japan to the system of the feeding length.Therefore, it has strong competence and great flexibility. It has great function, such as language converting,counting and rememering.

6. We research and developed pinch head by combiting our long-term experience of designing the packing machine in this field. We initiate firstly pinch head in this field. The pinch head is design from elastic splint.And it can be adjusted from 0mm to 300mm. The pinch head can match mould with different height.In that case,it has no effect on die change.

7. The foil feed system can release foil easily and simply.As it has an oil tanker with great capacity,it is very easy to lubricated and add oil.

8. Based on this foil feed system, we have engineered his new emboss to have an ever lasting quality and at the same time to be as smooth as possible.
