SGS Initial Production Check (IPC)

This service is commonly employed when you have new products or a new supplier and need to determine as early as possible whether the factory production is complying with purchase expectations.

It is performed when 0-20% of the shipment is complete. During the service, a visual check of the quality of the components, materials, and finished products performed at the commencement of production against the client’s specifications and type samples. Any non-conformity is immediately reported. IPC permits timely corrections and improvements before bulk of production is initiated.
