Gluing machine mostly includes common manual gum mounting machine and pasting machine. “Xuegong” adhesive for gluing machine is developed specially for these equipments. It has following characters:
1. Quick drying: There are three types, instant drying type, quick drying type and common type, usually drying within 20min and 2h. The adhesive film may be cut in 20min after pasting. There is no need to sun paper box if use this adhesive in single-side corrugated paper board.
2. Firm agglutination: It will agglutinated thoroughly in 3-10min after pasting. The agglutination strength is higher than that of water glass or other similar starch adhesive.
3. Dosage saving: It only needs 40-50g glue in every square meter area, so the cost is much low.
4. Hard adhesive film: The hardness of adhesive film is very high, so agglutinated paper board has high hardness, has no color change and does not reveal glue. The quality of paper board pasted with this adhesive is approximate to that pasted with first-class pasting machine and good adhesive. Generally, it reaches or exceeds the quality of paper board pasted with pasting machine and bad adhesive. So it can also produce first-class paper board without pasting machine.
5. Excellent property of moisture resistance: The property of moisture resistance is more excellent than that of starch adhesive or water glass adhesive, so it can completely meet the demand of storage in refrigeratory and other moist condition or ocean transportation and import & export packing.
