Ultrasonic atomize humidification use ultrasonic energy to break up water into small particles of size from a few μms to hundreds μms of, it’s used for air humidification and other purpose.

In Ultrasonic Atomize technology of high powers, all powers are generated from the vertical transducer. The complete machine consists of ultrasonic transducer, booster, transmitter, special generator. Transducer transmitter vibrates in 30 kHz high frequency; it forces on water by ultrasonic, break up the falling water into small particle, finally spray them into airs. Thus the purpose of atomizing humidification obtained. Its characteristics are lower frequency, high power, high atomize efficient, large atomize volume of unit transducer, each unit spays exceeding 50L/H; No requirement in water quality, even water with some impurity also can be atomized without problems of pressure, noise, nozzle abrasion and plugs. In low power consumption, atomizer volume can be adjusted easily, especially applied to industry field. Through combination, atomizer volume will satisfy customer’s any requests.
