Cast Aluminum Heater

It is high effective in heat conductivity Its working temperature is generally 400-450. It takes tubular electric heating element as heating material and insulator, bent and inserted into mold, casting to needed shape, and then processed accurately by machine to be standard cast aluminum heater.

It can be made into many forms: square, circular , triangle , cone , tubular, HaF form etc.

Installing the cooling tube in heater, it can cool by water. Installing cooling slot inside and cooling aluminum sheet outside, it can cool by air.
