Film Coating Machine (BG150E)

Purpose: The film coating machine is widely used for coating various pills, tablets and sweets with biological film, water-solube film and sugar film in such fields of pharmaceutical, food, biological products.

Working principle: The tablets make the movement in the clean and closed drum. The coating medium mix around in the stirring drum is sprayed on the tablets by the spray gun at the inlet under the action of syrup pump. Meanwhile under the effect of hot air and subpressure, the force 100, 000 hot air supplied by the hot air cabinet is exhaust from the fan at the bottom of the sieve mesh through the tablets. So that the coating medium on the surface of tablets dry quickly, form the coat of firm, fine, smooth film. All the process is controlled by the PLC.

Characteristic:

1. The cauldron contain the small material use the inner mechinal adjustment to coat the little material in the drum(take the BG-150E for the example)so as to reduce the dressing waste and improve the usage scope.

2. It is with auto-vacuum feeding device so as to enhance the working efficiency.

3. Linear baffle board reduces the material cross, with the advantage of low friction and interchange well.

4. Adopting the imported spray gun is convenience to operate and flexible to control the technique request.
