This experiment shows antibacterial effect of acidifier by testing absorbency of bacterium culture solution. The better antibacterial effect is, the lower absorbency is; Vice versa.

Remarks:
Method of measuring used amount of acids: Take 10g mashed feedstuff which
passed 40 meshes, dissolve in 100ml distilled water. Then adding acidifier till
feedstuff pH decreased to 4, measuring used amount of acid.
