Instant PET Card Material (White)

One set instant PET card includes two printable films for inkjet printing and a core sheet. Compared with instant PVC card material, this type material has stronger hardness, more wearing resistance, better anti-UV ability, environmental protection, etc.

Thickness: 0.15mm+0.46mm+0.15mm

Steps:
1. Mirror print the designs on the two printable films. One is for front side and the other is for rear side.
2. Wait around 5 minutes to wait the printed film day. Then remove the protection film from the core sheet. Put the printed film right on both side of the core sheet and go through the pouch laminating machine( Please set the temperature around 160C).
3. After laminating, put the laminated sheets into a punching machine for punching. Then remove the protection film from the surface of the card.
