Installation Steps:
1.The back of Timing Valve is marked Input and Output. The input connects with the gas source, and the output connects with the gas equipment
2.Before installation,Please shut down the valve of Liquefied petroleum gas or the valve of Gas Meter.
3. Connect the Input and Output with the rubber hose,and fasten clip.
4 Check and make sure rubber hose cant leak out of gas.
Checking Methods: Shut down the gas equipment, turn on the gas valve, and take few liquid soap to smear on the connection of the timing valve and the both ends of rubber hose. No bubble proves gas doesn't leak, conversely it does.
5.Install the timing valve at the place, where is convenient to operate(it cannot be closed to fire).Before use timing valve, you must set the button to be “on”, and then turn on the gas equipment to check whether everything works well or not.
Instructions:
1 This product can be used under the temperature -10~45
2 If you don not need the timing function, please turn the button to be “on”
3 If the time short than 10 minutes, you should turn the button over 10 minutes first, and turn the timing button back to what you need
4. When the timing valve is at “off”, please remember to shut down gas equipment after you use
5. Don’t dismantle this product secretly to avoid accidents
Maintenance:
1. Avoid water leaking into valve.
2. Forbidden to check leakage with fire
3. The valve should be replaced after 4 years.
