* It is a rich source of the omega-6 essential Fatty acids, Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA).

* GLA is converted within cells to prostaglandins, which influence many critical body functions such as reproductive cycle, blood inflammation.

* It is shown to help regulate the hormone-like prostaglandins associated with premenstrual conditions.

* Each capsule contains 1000 mg Oil of Evening Primrose yielding 90 mg Gamma Linolenic Acid.
