Usage
This machine is suitable to label inserting of bottle shaped containers. It cuts down reel-type heat shrinkable cylinder film brand and covers it in the bottle shaped container, and the film brand will cling to the container by heat drying tunnel.

 

Characteristics

1) The machine is integrated with pneumatic, mechanical and electric devices for automatic continuous operation from feeding, forming, cutting, stacking to counting. It is equipped with PLC system to ensure reliable operation.
2) As per our unique design, a rolling screw-rod toggle-rod mechanism is used for closing the mould. Equipped with servo drive system for numerical control, to achieve superior movement stability.
3) The sheet feeding mechanism is equipped with servo drive system for stable and reliable conveying. The width, length and speed of feeding can be stepless adjusting accurately, which is suitable for different mould arrangement to achieve high use ratio of material.
4) An unique air-flow type channel achieves automatic collecting and counting for plastic cups, which replaces downstream working procedures of packaging.
5) The upper and lower heaters use far-infrared heating plates, to ensure high efficiency and convenient for adjustment.
6) The exterior of the machine is made of stainless steel sheet. It will never be rusted, which meets foodstuff sanitation requirements.
