Germany HOMAG rabbet assembling conveyer system is introduced to achieve the coordinated process for production; its annual production capacity for Engineered Wood Flooring is 2,000,000m2.

Whole Production Course
The whole production course is managed by hangzhou huahai wood industry co.,ltd from log to basis material, veneering, rabbet and paint, ensuring quality of finished products higher than that as specified in GB/T18103-2000.

More environmental friendly
The flooring surface uses Germany environmentally friendly water paint with back paint fully adopting environment-friendly lacquer and basis material using natural renewable wood, having formaldehyde release compliant with GB18580-2001E1.

Wear resistant
The flooring surface adopts Germany super wear-proof and scrape-proof water, paint or beach villa flooring, to ensure through automation (primer×9 plus surface×3) the flooring in possession of ideal hardness and wear resistance.

Damp-proofing
The timber & wood adopts drying technique and moisture content control with backboard treated through back paint process, to balance absorption or release of moisture for surface and rear of flooring; sealing wet-resistant technique is applied around the flooring to develop durable damp-proof protective layer.
