Perforated Vinyl - 140gsm (ODP-OWV033-TC)

Introduction:

It is made of a PVC vinyl substrate. With the topcoated peforated white flex vinyl laminate, it is coated whit a removable pressure sensitive acrylic black adhesive and backed with two sided poly coated lay flat white release liner. It allows stunning graphics on one side and clear, unobstructed view through the glass on the other.

Features:

1) The special material surface made, easy to absorb ink and the graphics are brilliant;

2) The liner is no perforated for easy loading in wide range printers;

3) Between 15℃ to 35℃ temperature range, the adhesive can be one year removability with no adhesive; residue and it will be not fall off;

4) The application conditions/temperature can be from 10℃ to 40℃.

Application:

1) Great for vehicle advertisements on cars, buses, train, tram, etc.;

2) Ideal for window advertisements on buildings, offices and shops etc.;

3) Excellent resistance to a wide range of physical and climatic conditions;

4) Suitable for application onto transparent glass, acrylic, polycarbonate;

5) Widely used in retail outlets, POP displays, service stations, convenience stores, etc.

Application Notice:

1) It can not be applied to windows surfaces that are angled (not vertical) or curved;

2) The alkaline impregnant can not be used to scrub the surface of the product;

3) If the products are used to substrates that are protected with anti-reflection or scratch resistant coatings, damage may accur when the film is removed;

4) Applying over windows that are equipped wiht defrosters or windshield wipers

Note:

Minimum application temperature: 10-15℃

Expected exterior life: 1 years

Ideal Storge Condition: 1 years if the tmperature 21℃, relative humidity 50％.
