Card Sorting Machine

Background:
    During card manufacturing process, cards with different patterns but same size are put together in one printing plate in order to decrease the printing cost. Then, the cards are normally punched and separated manually, which companies with low efficiency, high cost and mistaken rate. This does not meet the requirement of mass production. Also, cards with different face value are often mixed together. It is difficult to sort them out manually because of the minor difference and high volume.

Functions:
    In order to solve the problem, we designed a card sorting machine with high efficiency and quality. By using the machine vision detecting technology, it can sort the cards with different face value, color and patterns and same size and put the exactly same cards together. 
 It can work with different types of machine visions to meet the different detecting functions. 
 It can compare the printed data with the data in the database to make sure the data accuracy. 
 It can detect the serial numbers to make sure they are sequential.
It can detect the different face value, color and patterns. 
 It can detect the surface printing quality of the cards. 
 It was applied for the national invention patent.
