Stainless Steel - Plastic Composite Pipe Production

The production lines are used to make composite stainless steel- plastic (SP) pipes.
The external layer of the pipes is stainless steel, and the internal layer is plastics, e. G. PE. The layers are solidly adhered with each other.
The pipes made by these lines are in compliance with CJ/T184-2003
Performance:
1. Passive precision forming and butt-welding technology, ratio of wall thickness and diameter up to 0.5%,
2. Equipped with special designed high performance extruder,
3. Precision forming tools and dies made by CAM based on know-how,
4. Remote network control system based on PLD control,
5. Computer numeric closed-loop control,
6. High operating reliability, yielding high quality pipes continuously,
7. Precision butt-welding system, great welded seam strength and excellent roundness of the yielded pipes,
8. Can be extended to produce thin- wall stainless-steel pipes, PE and PPR pipes.
