Detailed Product Description

* Auto-cyc supply glue, electromotion adjustment of glue-spread and the gelatinizing width
* Cardboard transmission adopts vacuum adsorb equipment, keep flute profiles stable under high-speed run.
* Power supply by frequency conversion motor, driving reducer casing adopts Oil Bath Lubrication, and gimbal transmission, make sure lower corrugated roller and gelatinizing roller run steady, gelatinize equal and conglutinate firm.
* Upper and lower corrugating rollers are made of quality nichrome alloy，after heat-treatment. Its rigidity is HRC55-62°, the surface are whetted and chrome-plated.
* Glue Roller surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
* Flute profile: customer decided.
