Biodegradable plastic film

The product which made from the blowing moulding of PE, certain content of biodegradable masterbatch and other additives， has the same functions as normal PE products. It can be used to increase output, reserve heat and entropy in the guarantee period. And after the guarantee period, with the co-effect of microorganism and sunlight, the film can be changed in many ways, such as form changing, molecular weight reducing greatly, mechanics performance decreasing and decomposing partially.

As we all known, there is a problem that normal PE mulch film can bring pollution to soil. However, the usage of this product has no effect on the water-movement in the soil and some other index. So the usage of the film can give us more and and benefits.

 

Suitable for covering crops whether be outdoor or inside the plastic shed.

 

PE, biodegradable masterbatch and colored masterbatch (if needed).

1.     Appearance: air bladder, macula, drape, no impurity , protect against plague of pests, rolled smoothly and has no obvious veins exposed , pinhole is not permitted.

3. Degradability

The biodegradable mulch film is tested according to GB/T19275; its microbial propagation rank ≥3.

 

Being agreed with product criterion of Tianjin Eco-aware Technology co.,ltd Q/12XJ4622—2005 “Degradable PE blowing agricultural mulch film”.

 

It should be stored in a cool, dry place.

No more than one year.
