We have passed the ISO9001:2000 and own the experienced design team with soft ware such as CAD, UG, Pro-ENGINEER. The Gate/Ejector pin and parting line can be designed as the customer requirement.

2. Cavity/core steel: NAK80 prehardened steel, 718H, 718, S136

3. Cavity: single /muti-cavities

4. Products material: ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PA6, PMMA, GPPS

5. Leading time: 15-30days per products requirement

6. Packaging: wooden case for mould /carton for plastic parts.
