This mini pu-erh tea brick is hand-shaped brick of compressed pu-erh with black tea. It brews a clear and dark ruby liquor with a satisfying, remarkably smooth taste. With a weight of approximately 3 grams per piece, this is an ideal size for one or two cups. Multiple infusions are often made. As with other black teas, the pu-erh tea leaves used to make the mini Black Pu-erh Tea Brick are fermented before they are pan-fired, which means that black pu-erh has more caffeine, a darker colour and stronger flavour. Individually wrapped with paper, the Tuocha are an ideal size (3 grams) for individual serving.
