Vital Wheat Gluten (VWG)
Vital Wheat Gluten, is a food made from the gluten of wheat. It is made by washing wheat flour dough with water until all the starch dissolves, leaving insoluble gluten as a gummy mass, which is subject to further processing.

Protein (on dry basis, N*5.7): ≥ 75%
Moisture: ≤ 9.0%
Ash: ≤ 2%
Water Absorption Rate: ≥ 150%
Particle Size: ≥ 95% pass thru 200 micro screen
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.
Shelf Life: 1 years from date of manufacturer with proper storage conditions.
