Features:

1) Filter media: cellulose/polyester blend, 100% cellulose or other blend materials

2) Great filter surface and airflow

3) Uniform pleat spacing is maintained

4) Cartridge with or without outer mesh available, construction without mesh is good for agglomerative dust release

5) Hot melt spiral beading to maintain full filtering surface area

Construction:

a) Shape: Cylindrical

b) Top cap: open steel plate, no rust

c) End cap: open or closed steel plate, no rust

d) Filter surface: various available

e) Inner core: galvanized mesh

f) Outer core: galvanized mesh or none

g) Gasket: specialty rubber to ensure airtight sealing

Chemical resistance:

a) Hydrolysis resistance: fair

b) Acid resistance: fair

c) Alkaline resistance: fair

d) Dust release: good

e) Applicable temperature: 65oC
