Pre-Shipment Inspection

Pre-shipment / Final random inspection takes place when the merchandise is finished, packed and ready for shipment. The implementation is based on the internationally recognized statistical sampling technique, commonly known as ISO2859 / ANSI / ASQZ1.4 / MIL-STD-105E / BS6001 / DIN40080 / NFX06-022.

1/ Ensure that the product is consistent and compliant with the standards of certain countries, industries, or otherwise-specified requirements.

2/ Check the purchase order and samples, including quantity, accessories, assortment, labeling, shipping mark, etc.

3/ Evaluate products for safety, design, function, appearance, and performance.

4/ Check for any defects and deviation from your specifications.

5/ Assess packaging form.
