Process: Mould and fixture production. Project required precise core production, in resin sand, to meet thin wall thickness and curvature requirements whilst guaranteeing the flange angles. A specialized fixture was produced for final machining. Parts were annealed and then normalized after machining;

Testing: Material composition and mechanical properties, 5 bar water leakage test;

Machining: Milling, drilling and threading;

Surface finish: Shot-blast & anti rust oil coating;

Packing: Standard packing in plywood boxes
