KEW-5 Butt fusion welding machine:

It is applied to connect PE, PP & PVDF pipe and pipe fitting on construction site, and in workshop.

Function characteristics:

1. The whole machine consists of basic frame, hydraulic unit, electric planing tool, heating plate, support (for planing tool & heating plate).

2. Removable PTFE coated heating plate with separate temperature controlling system.

3. Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipes.

4. Changeable welding position enables to weld various fittings more easily.

5. Separate two-channel timer records time in soaking and cooling phases.

Optional parts:

1. Stub end device for short flange stub

2. Data logger.
