WY Series Laser engraving machine is an CNC router equipment with casting parts,whole system integrated electronic thermostat system, good flatness according to mechanical casting,as the installed base of drive components and light source and optical path, using the character of whole machine integrated shock absorption, using imported motor and special rail and high-precision laser head to meet the state machine running at high speed to maintain stable and running accuracy, high-speed, high stability, low noise, the laser cutting machine has a higher durability and reliability.

Machine Feature:

With four plates of machine,control system,optics,electric to soften the plate design,can be assembled according to the different requirement of market.

Main Feature
Electronic Themostat: Equiped with small cooling system to maintain the Laser tube working at a constant temperature (20 --- 25 degrees), which can increase the life span of the laser tube (2-3 times), Constant temperature can also improve the efficiency of real-time work.
Electronic Elevating Mechanism: Elevator device can move up or down 240mm, it can accommodate larger objects in the work of carving and cutting, do not need to move up or down the sharp cutting lens,which can avoid of the shortcomings of cutting-optical.
System Integration: Whole-machine integrated within the cooling system / water tank / dust collection / inflatable as one, move easily without any accessories.
High-precision laser head: Optional high-sharp cutting lens, which can avoid of the cutting edge to be black and with exquisite sharp edge, improve the cutting speed.

Special function:

1.Casting structure of transmission:good shock absorption,high speed and low noise,high stability of machining

2.Electronic Temperature Control System:with small refrigeration compressor and activated carbon filter which can keep the working temperature of laser tube between 20 degree and 25 degree,lengthen the usage of laser tube( 2 or 3 times ). The constant

temperature can improve the working frequency of laser tube.

3.System integration:integrate the cooling system & the water box & gathering dust & blowing on the whole machine to prevent from removaling or installing any part on moving.

4.Hanged Laser:high-power CO2 glass laser tube( also can choose the 55W air-cooled metal radio frequency tube of imported with original packing).

5.Driving motor from Germany:high-precision linear guide drive system ( also can choose the Ball Screw )

6.Soften the working platform:sword,honeycomb panel and empty space platform for changing.

7.The optics parts and precision mechanical transmission parts are protected enclosely to decrease the cleaning and improve the usage of machine.

8.The following absorb air system on the laser cutting end and the absorb air system under can provide double environmental protection.

9.The focal lens on the cutting end can add the air up: The air up and

10.Using embedded DSP control system for software:can run without computer,support the network transmission and U disk system,support two pathes for laser cutting or laser engrave,support the radio frequency and glass laser tube, seamless connection between software and a variety of graphics software,such as AUTOCAD, CorelDraw. Output the original drawing directly. It is suitable for user’s design requiry.Advanced management for color can support any colors.Define the engraving order at will,which can output one time for part or all.

11.glow,CO2 laser beam are designed with the light path. Infrared sensor automatic focusing device.(optional as guest’s demand)
