Description	It is a kind of natural pigment obtained by tumeric.It contains anthocyanins, flavones and tannins. The rufous liquid color is soluble in water, but insoluble in oil and absolute alcohol. At pH 2.0-7.0, the color is yellow and stable; at pH above 7.0, it is salmon pink or rufous. Application: it can be used in the coloring of pastry, candy, cakes, condiment, pickle, essence of chicken and puffed food.
