PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Stainless Steel fibre tapes are made by weaving or knitting one or more layers of ultrafine 316 stainless steel yarns in to a tape.
the super fine soft feel of the yarns coupled with their high temperature resistance makes them particularly suitable as scratch resistant handling / conveying surfaces for hot glass processing applications.
Withstand temperatures up to 650°C in optimum conditions.
Abrasion resistant.
the relatively high cost associated with these high tech yarns is offset by gains made in the longevity of the life of the product and infrequent production down times.
