Its highest configuration is 12 print heads that can achieve printing of CMYK,LcLm+W+V. What's more, it can print special effect of varnish. 1. Seamless Wire mesh belt

4. White Ink Circle and stir

White Ink is special and will subside so that it will affect printing color or will be easy to block print head. after installing this, white Ink can circle automatically. If there is sediment at ink box, stir can work auto to prevent ink sediment.

5. Automatic measurement system

this function can measure the distance between print head and materials that will reach the best printing effect. It is precision and also can save time that we measure materials thickness by ourselves. Besides, that can avoid damage caused by human mistakes.

6. Feeding and taking up system

Feeding and taking up systems all adopt torque motor, it can adjust the tension strength while printing depends on the material thickness, while printing different materials all has a reasonable torque value to ensure the printing quality.

7. Secondary ink cartridge thermostat

the printing temperature of print head is normally at 45-50C. In winter or some cold places, the print head temperature gradually rises after machine is started, and finally reaches 45C, which will takes time to preheat. with the device, it can be kept at around 45C, and it can work normally after machine is started. and there is a temperature display to know the temperature of the current secondary ink cartridge.

8. Anti-static function

When printing material with static, ink will spray over and the printing effect won't be good enough. with anti-static bar, it can remove the static from material for best printing effect.

9. Double negative pressure

Independent negative pressure system for White and color, making suitable individual viscosity and gravity for both of them, finally gets best printing result.
