Application
1. It is used for tubular fabric wet processing, especially for the cotton materials. High efficient and easy operation
2. the machine could detwist the rope tubular fabrics after dyeing or bleaching. the tubular fabric could get the soften and squeezing effect without any wrinkle on fabric surface via the Balloon Padder.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. the machine body is made of Stainless steel (SUS304) for long life service
2. the machine installs automatic detwiting head for detwisting the rope tubular fabric smoothly.
3. the machine installs auto balloon system to automatically blow air into the tubular fabrics, thus will be helpful for chemical soften absorbed evenly on the fabic surface.
4. 1st and 2nd padder for tubular fabric softening or wet chemical finishing. Including 2 sets stainless steel tank with mixing function
5. the squeezing roller covered by Gomplast(SP) rubber, and Adjustable pressure of the squeezing roller can meet different kind of fabric requirement.
6. the machine speed is inverter controlled for more easily operation
7.the machine with tension regulator to adjust the fabric tension in the whole line
8. HIM control panel with PLC control, for more easily operation
