3.Main Unit Description:
Paperboard Waxing Unit
  1. Powered by the variable frequency motor,driven by the motor sprocket to the lower waxing roller sprocket,the waxing roller sprocket is equipped with a transmission large sprocket,and the transmission large sprocket transmits the power to the lower wax roller and the upper wax roller. the waxing roller is rOtated to complete the waxing work.
  2. Can wax both sides of the paperboard at the same time.
  3. Equipped with automatic heating box to keep the wax at the optimum working temperature.
  4. Equipped with temperature controller to keep the heating more safe.
  5. the waxing roller is made of 45# thick-walled seamless steel tube and wrapped with high temperature and corrosion resistant rubber.
  6. the upper waxing roller can move up and down,which makes the machine can be suitable for 3/5ply paperboard.
  7. the waxing thickness can be adjusted by adjusting the stripping wax roller beside the waxing roller.
  8. the stripping wax roller can move back and forth,it is made of 45# steel pipe after finely ground and hard chrome plating treatment.
Paperboard Air Dried Unit

the extended air-drying section is equipped with 40 high-efficiency axial fans, which facilitates rapid and even cooling of the wax liquid and ensures wax quality.
4.Use and Maintenance:

(1)When using, first inject the wax liquid into the wax bucket, the liquid level is higher than the bottom end of the waxing roller by 20-30mm. Start the mainframe and let the machine run at low speed. the upper and lower heating buttons and the wax roller heating button are activated in sequence. When the temperature reaches the proper temperature, put in the cardboard, start the fan, adjust the speed control knob, and start working; after the work is finished, turn off the fan and the upper and lower heating buttons, and away from the wax roller heating button. Reduce the idle speed of the machine and turn off the main unit after the wax has solidified.
(2)When adjusting the upper ends of the waxing roller in parallel, the adjustment range must be between 2-4mm.
(3)When adjusting the ends of the wax-off roller, the thickness of the wax coating layer should not exceed 0.5-2mm.
(4)Lubricate the parts, use regular oil to refuel.
(5)Regularly clean the wax roller to keep the machine clean.
(6)at the end of the work, the handwheel is loosened to prevent the wax from solidifying between the waxing rolls and between the waxing roller and the waxing roller.

5.Transportation& Installation & Testing:

(1)the machine needs to be transported to the designated place by crane or roller. When transporting the machine, pay attention to balance lifting.
(2)in order to make the machine work smoothly, it is best to tamper the bottom surface beforehand or directly on the horizontal floor. In short, the bottom surface must be flat before installation.
(3)Carefully wipe off the anti-rust oil of each part before the test (Note: Do not use oil to scratch the surface of the machine), then lubricate, let the machine idle for 30 minutes during the test, check whether the fastening parts are loose, the running parts whether there is a blockage, if everything is normal, it can be put into production.
