Calibrating roller and pad may be selected for rough and fine sanding, high accuracy. The pad has a machined surface thereby assuring complete flatness. The platen is covered with a pad which is protected by a graphite coated canvas and felt. The platen is easily removed. Besides, the graphite coated and canvas and the felt can be easily replaced. Introducing foreign photoelectron elements control swing of belt.
