Our company specializes in manufacturing plastic injection molding machine. Since 2004, we have been developing the thin wall plastic containers production equipments, till 2005 we successfully developed the HDF series high- speed plastic injection-molding machine. These machines are special used to produce thin wall plastic containers. There are three models : HDF-100, HDF-150, HDF-240.
The high-speed injection-molding machine is designed for producing pp material disposable plastic containers. the machine has high speed ,high efficiency ,low defective rate and a good stability.
When the machine is in a work condition, the injection speed can reach 600MM/S, and the cycle time is about from 2.2 second to 3 seconds
