Characteristic of strong aroma series: With traditional technique, we employ the hundred year old method to cure tea leaves, that is to use mild fire to bake it and use damp wind to cool it rapidly, as a result the product bears the composite flavour of being "mellow, strong, sweet and moist". The leaves thus made are in good shape and fine colour. Its authentic aroma is characterized by flower fragrance, honey fragrance and millet fragrance. The tea soup is in dark gold or orange yellow. It tastes especially strong and mellow. After many times' pouring, the leaves still smell good. As the properties of this tea is mild, it slakes thirst and helps produce saliva. It warms the stomach and strengthen the spleen.
