Two months ago Sony released the second ultra portable Vaio which delivered one of the most exciting packages ever. This time around Sony takes it to the next level delivering the first 16GB solid state flash hard drive to hit the market. The machine I received was running Windows XP Home edition, with an Intel Core Solo U1400 1.2GHz processor, 512MB RAM, Bluetooth along with a compact flash shot.
