Feature:
1.ADC12 aluminum of international brand is the special anti-friction and anti-erosion material for die-casting.
2.The material of products has evident superiority over bronze,copper and steel in heat transfer effciency due to its low thermal inertia.
3.The aluminum in liquid state in 730oC is cast into complete forms once for by 630T-800T automotive die-caster.
4.The homogeneous-material welding technique adopted in sdaling prevents the welding spots from eroding to a largest extent.
5.Twice unique Ty3318 anti-erosion inner coatings guarantee the security ofthe products with the PH of heating water 5-12.
6.The innovative thickened design of channel enables the products to undertake operation pressure of 0.1Mpa-2.0Mpa, and it is also applicable for heating systems≤120oC.
7.Electrostatic epoxy-coated and twice baked in 200°c, the products have smooth,long-lasting and bright surface and do not release harmful elements such as lead.
