the many Bella fan requests, we have redesigned the Bella. The Bella S
is the name of our latest model and will be launched in April 2008. As
the successor of the Bella 50, the Bella S is lighter and lower and
therefore more user friendly. With its top quality 4 Stroke engine, the
new Bella requires little maintenance, is economic and environment
friendly. Optimized handling and charming looks; Motor Mania brings you
the best of the retro 60s style, again. Cruise in style with a smile on
your new cruiser buddy.

Product Warranty:
If
the Buyer finds a Product defect within the warranty period (12 months
or 5.000km,which ever comes first), then the Seller will at its sole
option, as soon as is reasonably practicable, replace defective parts.
This will be carried out in conjunction with the Sellers Warranty
System (available upon request).

Shipment:
First
vessel loading shall be start 35-45 days after receipt of
Buyersfinancial instruments and acceptance by our bank with the

Delivery terms:
Seller provides and pays for Freight On Board (FOB) or for the Customs, Insurance and Freight of the Product (CIF).

Any Safe World Port (ASWP)
Basis of delivery:
Seafreight1 x 40ft HQ container;transshipments allowed, partial shipments not allowed.
Delivery Time:
The
delivery period is approximately 25 days manufacturing time and 30-45
days delivery time (FOB or Any Safe World Port) upon receiving
the advanced, LC or TT payment at Sellers bank.
Inspection:
By
GSP at the place of loading, GSP shall issue an inspection Certificate
of Origin, quantity and weight. Each item will have enclosed the
Quality Certificate; the original EC Certificate of Conformity.
Payment:
The payment condition is TT Payment
OR by
SWIFT (Standby letter of credit, (non-) transferable,irrevocable,
confirmed and divisible) and sent to sellers bank, payable 100% against
Sellers documents at the Port of Loading. The LC validity must be
minimum 45 days. The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the FOB point or
to the address of the Buyer [provided by the Buyer] on the Delivery
Date. The cost of delivery shall be included in the Price.
