If the Buyer finds a Product defect within the warranty period (12 months or5.000km,which ever comes first), then the Seller will at its sole option, as soon as is reasonably practicable, replace defective parts. This will be carried out in conjunction with the Sellers Warranty System  (available  upon request).

Sea freight 40ft HQ container;transshipments allowed, partial shipments not allowed.

Delivery Time:          

The delivery period is approximately 25 days manufacturing time and 30-45 days delivery time (FOB or Any Safe World Port) upon receiving the advanced, LC or TT payment at Sellers bank.

Inspection:              

By GSP at the place of loading, GSP shall issue an inspection Certificate of Origin, quantity and weight. Each item will have enclosed the Quality Certificate; the original EC Certificate of Conformity.

Payment:                  

The payment condition is TT Payment OR by SWIFT(Standby Letter of Credit, (non-) transferable,irrevocable, confirmed) and sent to sellers bank,payable 100%against Sellers documents at the Port of Loading. The LCvalidity must be minimum 45 days. The Seller shall deliver the Goods tothe FOB point, CIF point or to the address of the Buyer ( DDP) [providedby the Buyer] on the Delivery Date. The cost of delivery shall beincluded in the Price.
