Hope Land International Co., Ltd. Is the trading agent for Fuxin HengTong Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. And is the authorized sales agent for fluorochemicals manufactured by Fuxin HengTong. At present Fuxin HengTong produces a variety of fluorochemicals and related products.
At this time we would like to announce the world wide commercial availability of FHC-2000 (HFE-254). The just completely facility has an annual production capacity of 3000 tons. FHC-2000, a hydrofluoroether, is a third generation blowing agent for the polyurethane industry and may be a component of thermal insulation products used for residential and industrial buildings as well as for storage applications. The thermal conductivity and GWP (Global Warming Potential) properties of FHC-2000 are outstanding and compare favorably to other blowing agents.
FHC-2000 is also a base material for a wide range of blends useful as polyurethane foaming agents, industrial solvents and heat transfer fluids. Foams produced with FHC-2000 have fine cellular structures with good insulating properties and good compressive strength. Additional potential uses for FHC-2000 are as a cleaning agent, as a drying agent, in dust removal, as a carrier solvent, as a diluent for fluorinated greases and as a cooling agent.
The worldwide consciousness and sensitivity to environmental protection and environmental issues has risen sharply with the acceleration of globalization of the world economy. The polyurethane industry has recognized these environmental concerns and is searching for a substitute blowing agent for HCFC-141b, which conforms to the Montreal Protocol and has no ODP (Ozone Depleting Potential). FHC-2000 is an ideal substitute. Tests show that FHC-2000 functions extremely well as a foaming agent and has passed all the necessary toxicological tests.
