The QX-100A automatic small bottle air washer/rinser is designed and engineered to wash and clean the internal side of small bottles using air with output up to 7000 bottles per hour.
The QX-100A automatic small bottle air washer/rinser is an ideal equipment to be used before feeding bottle filling machine and to guarranty the bottle is clean before filling.
The QX-100A automatic small bottle air washer/rinser is mainly use in pharmaceutical, food and beverages and cosmetic industry for products like cough syrup, eye drops, eye wash, artificial flavor and colour, medicated oil, essential oil, etc.

The machine is base on rotary mechanism. The turntable is included for collecting bottled and feed air wash nozzle.
Design for easy installation and maintenance.
