Function and Application:
Post ZD-4 is a semi-chemical peptizer based on activated fatty acid zinc soap with a function of antireversion. The Mooney viscosity of raw rubber can be rapidly decreased with the addition of ZD-4 at the working tempertature of open mill or internal mixer to significantly reduce the masticating time and the energy consumption ,and incresase the flowablity of rubber compound and accelerate the blending of polymer blend. It can also activate the vulcanization of rubber compound ,improve the anti-revision and abrasion resistance and prevent SBR from cyclization .ZD-4 is applicable to NR,BR,SBR,IN,NBR and their blends.
