QW series submersible sewage pump is mainly used in municipal engineering, industry, hospital, hotel for pumping sludge and sewage with solids and long fibre(including erosive matters).
QW series submersible pump features with compact structure, high efficiency and completed with automatic protections device control cabinet and double guide way. It can be provided with automatical water level control on customers' requirements.

Heat protector in stator assure operating life of the motor
A floating switch is installed at the bottom of motor chamber that can protect the mechanical seal in the motor side
Pump adopts outer cycling cooling with above 18. 5kW, keep the pump operating safely under the lowest water level
Oil-water probe is installed at the up end of the oil chamber between pump and motor that can protect the mechanical seal in the side
Adopt perfect mechanical seal, the sealing material adopt tungsten carbide, silicone carbide and hard metal alloy
Auxiliary impeller can balance the pressure outside of the mechanical seal, prevent the water entering into the oil chamber
Unique impeller design, wide passage allow large solid and long fibre passing through freely
Changeable wearing ring is installed between the impeller and the volute to keep the optimum operation conditions
