CXT/20 P (D) Tower Crane`s Load Moment Indicator is a real time monitoring control system for the real time working position of the in-service crane. It is suitable for any brand names, both domestic and foreign, and all kinds of cranes. The operating safety and efficiency of the in-service cranes equipped with this system will be highly enhanced. Data of the load, the hook amplitude, the hook height and the corresponding moment are obtained by sensor, processed by the micro processor and displayer on the LCD monitor, enabling the crane operator to know the real time working status of the crane and directly.
The system can automatically and reliably make the crane operate within its own hoist performance curve, or the load diagrams. Upon detection of any possibilities of exceeding the performance curve and the moment, the system will first sound the alarm and then, if the operator still has not yet realized the operating error, trigger the crane`s own control system to work and to automatically stop the operation, there by avoiding accidents from happening due to negligence or improper operation of the crane operator.
The CXT/20P (D) Tower Crane`s Load Moment Indicator main features:
1. According to the monitor screen menu, the controlled tower crane parameters can be input easily.
2. The monitor interface directly display such real time operational status of the controlled tower crane, such as rated load , actual load ,amplitude.
3. Total number of hoisting times of the controlled tower crane can be recorded in database of the system.
4. The system can keep the track of previous 1000 overloads and over-moments in full details and do the, inquire from the recording details.
5. The system can be easily installed and there is absolutely no need of any changes in the tower crane structure, no side effect in the original safety devices and guaranteeing the double effect of protection.
