Nail Making Machine (z94-6)

The automatic nail making machine is a special equipment by using cold heading technic to make different specification round-nail, cement nail, steel-nail. It can also make rivet, dowel screw, corrugated nail by changing some of its parts. It mainly has model z94-1.8 (model 711B), z94-3 (model 713) z94-6 (model 716) and so on. The minimum diameter of the round-nail is 0.8 mm while the maximum is 6 mm and the minimum wire rod is 8 mm, the maximum is 170 mm. the output is between 180 to 420 pcs/ min in theoretic. The automatic nail making machine has its auxiliary machine, such as polishing machine, nail cutter grinding machine, wire drawing machine and sharpening machine etc.
