3) Operation
a. Open the transparent cover of the machine and clean the stirring ice wok.
b. Connect the electric power supply, push the power button. When the power button light is on, the machine enter the production state.
c. Pour the prepared stirring ice material at normal temperature into the wok, stir it with wooden spoon time and again, then appetizing glacial drinks can be made.
We can make the stirring ice material. Also you can make it by yourself.
a. Mix granulated sugar with cool boiled water according to a proportion of 1:5. As to taste requirement add little juice, linalool and edible pigment, etc.
b. It is possible to use some liquid such as juice, milk, soya-bean milk, soda pop, coffee. To achieve better taste,  mix the liquid with mincing fresh fruits, various preserved fruit.
c. It is possible to stir the ice cream ingredients.
d. The machine can be used to prepare cold tea dish in the kitchen.
