Rosmarinic Acid
It is series of phenolic acid compound extracted from labiate perilla leaves. The main compositions are anthocyanins, flavones and tannins. The amaranthine powder is soluble in water, alcohol and solution of water and alcohol, but insoluble in oil and absolute alcohol. It is a kind of multifunctional natural active substance and can dispel free radical. The main functions are antioxidant, antivirus, anti-plogistic, anti-thrombus and antibacterial.
Application: it can be used in spice, healthy food, drink, cosmetic, foodstuff, medicine and daily chemical industry
