Our self-developed proud products, JS-seriers multi-purpose blowing machines and JS series molds, are dependable, durable and extensively applicable for various plastics including PET, PP, PE, PC, PA, PS etc. Some key technologies involved in these machines and molds are first-ever in china.
1) PET preform mould-A
It's the classic PET perform mould with pneumatic valve gate system. -Cavity and core steel: S136H stainless steel, tempered with HRC55+/-2.
-The plate of the mould: P20 with precision grinding machine with each plate thickness tolerance 0. 015mm for a plate size 500x500x400mm. With HRC32-35.
-Optimal cooling design and all the cooling system are Nickel plated.
-All the components can be interchangable which express the high-tech or the sparts.
-Mirror hand polishing for the core and cavity.
-Adopted on the Turopean valve gate and hot runner system and technology.
-Adopted temperature controller.
-Can guarantee for 1000, 000 shot times.
2) PET preform mould-B (the second grade)
-Adjustable automatic-lock system.
-Cavity and core steel: 2316 stainless steel, tempered with HRC53+/-2.
-Mould base steel use: P20 with precision grinding machine with each plate thickness tolerance 0. 015mm for a plate, with HRC32-35.
-Optimal cooling design and all the cooling system are Nickel plated.
-Mirror hand polishing for the core and cavity.
-Can make Max. 48 cavities currently.
-Can guarantee for 1000, 000 shot times running.
3)PET preform mould-B (the third grade)
-Cavity and core steel: P20 stainless steel, tempered with HRC32-38.
-Plate A and plate B steel: 45#stainless steel and Nickel plated. HRC27-28.
-Can guarantee for 1000, 000 shot times running.
