our products are treated with seven process.first ,dip the timber into water in order to eliminate the wood juice, then ,put all the timber into dry room with high temperature ,about half month ,take them out ,the water content is controled below tewelve degree, cut them for slats, then assemble it ,when do finish ,paint with oak oil (natural oil)for three times ,finally packing it with hard carton for easy transfer, it will be ok.
Of course, we can sure our quality for our customer, there will be not splint or warp phenomenon if our customer can maintain their furniture with oak oil once per one season , it will kiip new and solid, when we receive your order, about one month we will finish all products, the first order, you can choose 10 kinds differents products.
