USB flash fan

HOW TO USE
1.Put the Stem of the rotator into the socket of the base.
2.Put the USB connector into the USB socket of the computer.
3.Press ON or OFF button on the base as required to turn on or turn off the fan..
4.The switch on the stem of the rotator is used to 
control the power of the LED light which can be turned on off by putting the switch to ON or OFF position.
FUNCTIONS：
1.Five-color REDs flash ontinuously with 32 different light patterns.
2.Plug and play on the standard USB socket.
3.Strong blowing and low power consumption.
4.Rotator can rotate 120 degrees.
